The International Society for Animal Professionals shall not be liable to its members for any claims, losses, damages or other expenses (either direct, special or consequential) arising as a result of any dispute between a member and a third party in relation to any professional service given. Members shall hold professional indemnity insurance at an adequate level and sufficient to meet any liabilities which might arise as a result of their professional practice where appropriate.
